1. Scope of Service Our remap services, including Economy, Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3, are designed to optimize vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, or both, depending on the chosen remap. Each service is tailored to the specific requirements of the vehicle and remap type.

2. No Refund Policy All software remaps, regardless of type, are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any remap service, the customer agrees to this no-refund policy.

3. Vehicle Suitability It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is well-maintained and suitable for the remap. We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that do not meet safety or maintenance standards. Any pre-existing faults or modifications must be disclosed before the remap.

4. Performance Gains Performance improvements, including power, torque, and fuel efficiency, vary based on the vehicle’s make, model, and condition. Expected gains are provided as estimates, and any variations in these figures do not constitute grounds for refunds or claims.

5. Warranty Impact Remapping the ECU may void or affect the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to check and understand any warranty implications prior to proceeding with the remap.

6. Software Integrity Our remap software is thoroughly tested to operate within safe parameters for the vehicle. Any tampering, modification, or reverse engineering by third parties will void any implied support, warranties, or guarantees.

7. Liability We are not liable for any damage to the vehicle arising from pre-existing issues, poor maintenance, or the customer’s failure to disclose relevant information about the vehicle. Customers acknowledge that remapping the ECU is done at their own risk.

8. Legal Compliance All remaps comply with local emissions and regulatory standards at the time of installation. Customers are responsible for ensuring continued compliance with any future changes to regulations or laws.

9. Customer Obligations Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle, including any previous modifications or repairs. Any failure to do so may result in an incorrect remap, for which we are not responsible.

10. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with any of our remap services, the customer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions and acknowledges the no-refund policy on all software remaps.

11. Service By purchasing any of our remap services, the customer acknowledges that we have to right to refuse service.
